Description: RATC is a lending loaning library with resources related to assistive technology and universal design for learning (UDL) for communication and literacy. Evaluations are conducted to determine what tools and strategies may be considered to assist the individual (birth to adult) with effective and efficient resources to lower the barriers and raise the level of success.

Disabilities Served: All disabilities that impact communication and literacy.
