Description: MDLC serves as the protection and advocacy system for people with disabilities in Minnesota. We are a statewide project that serves people of all ages and people with all types of disabilities. We provide free civil legal assistance and there are no income guidelines to receive our services. Our Protection and Advocacy for Assistive Technology (PAAT) program provides advocacy to help people obtain assistive technology.

Eligibility Criteria: MDLC represents people with disabilities in Minnesota on legal issues related to their disability. We consider representation on a case-by-case basis consistent with our current priorities and resources.
